Job Title : Program Manager

The Opportunity : We are looking to hire a “Program Manager” who would be able to help program manage key initiatives it to ensure timely execution. This role would be reporting to one of the promoters (who is the CEO of a group company and member of the group leadership team). This role is pivotal in ensuring alignment across the organization, streamlining communication, and driving key initiatives to completion.

Key Responsibilities :

Execution / Program Management :

• Act on behalf of the promoter to ensure implementation. Ensure that the communication from the ‘Board room to the executive level’ is passed seamlessly;

and that there are no bottlenecks due to limited time availability of the promoter.

Relationship Management :

Qualifications and Experience :

Location : Bangalore, with travel as required.

Compensation : Competitive and commensurate with experience. For the right candidate, compensation is not a constraint.
