Position Summary
Indus Action is looking for an Associate Director / Senior Lead in Lucknow to project manage the engagements across different departments in the state to enable welfare access for the most vulnerable citizens. The projects will be in areas of sustained livelihoods (with a focus on Building and Other Construction Workers Act) and other welfare entitlements offered for poverty alleviation by the state.

Compensation
The compensation will be based on the Indus Action‘s compensation benchmarking rubric. The range of compensation will be depending on the qualifications, experience and fit to the role.
The candidate would need to use his / her own laptop and the organisation will bear the annual maintenance cost upto 12000 per year as per actuals.
Requirements
Knowledge and Technical Skills Stakeholder Management Has led and managed a team of 3+ people through a project for 1+ year Partnered with the government and built relations across levels (BDO, SPD, PS, etc) to drive large-scale projects for 1+ year Has worked with government departments at a state-level for at least 2 years Project Management Has managed and delivered projects end-to-end for at least 2+ years Is well versed with principles of designing thinking, planning and execution, budget management, quality control and monitoring and evaluation Data & Technology Is capable of understanding technology (product, not code) used to set up MIS system and envisioning the scope that technology can play to make the implementation smoother Has strong analytical skills to create strategies and analyze data Research and Analysis Has worked on at least 1 project involving fieldwork / primary research (preferred) Has experience with secondary research and data analysis
