We at IDfy are looking for an AI Lead / Principal Engineer to drive the end-to-end development of advanced AI systems—turning cutting-edge research into scalable, real-world production solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of deep mathematical thinking, hard problem-solving, and large-scale engineering.
What You’ll Do -
Problem → Data → Solution Leadership
- Frame ambiguous, complex business problems into mathematically well-defined AI problems.
- Design data strategies aligned to the problem structure, and drive full lifecycle ownership.
Research → Production → Scale
Translate research papers into reliable, high-performance production systems.Reproduce results, simplify architectures, and scale models for real-world constraints (latency, cost, throughput).LLM & GenAI Expertise
Build and fine-tune LLMs;design RAG pipelines grounded in embedding geometry, retrieval statistics, and transformer internals.
Own model selection using quantitative tradeoffs—not guesswork.Full-Stack Production AI
Lead data pipelines, training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.Build scalable APIs and services that expose AI capabilities safely and reliably.Performance, Optimization & Scale
Optimize models and systems for distributed training, inference efficiency, numerical stability, and high-throughput production workloads.Engineering & Technical Leadership
Mentor engineers on math-driven problem solving, ML systems design, experiment rigor, and best practices.What You Bring -
10–15 years leading AI initiatives with strong foundations in math (probability, statistics, optimization, linear algebra).Proven ability to solve complex AI / ML problems across NLP, Computer Vision, and GenAI.Deep LLM production experience : fine-tuning, RAG, embedding systems, model evaluation, and at least two LLM products shipped.6+ years building and operating large-scale AI systems (distributed training, real-time inference, monitoring, drift detection).This is your big break to work on systems that define digital trust across Asia.
