We're now looking to expand our commercial team with a Senior Sales Executive who understands the ESG & Sustainability landscape and is eager to help us scale impact.
What you’ll do :
As a Senior Executive – Sales, you’ll work at the intersection of business development and sustainability. Your core responsibility is to build and qualify a strong lead pipeline while working closely with both channel partners and enterprise clients.
Research and generate leads in the ESG / Sustainability space — across national and international markets
Filter and qualify leads before handing them off to the broader sales and solutions team
Coordinate with channel partners to drive joint outreach and lead development
Engage directly with corporate clients in early-stage conversations and follow-ups
Maintain accurate records of leads and communication in CRM systems
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff and alignment across functions
What makes you a fit :
1–2 years of experience in sales or business development in the ESG / Sustainability domain
Strong research and lead-generation skills; comfortable working across multiple markets
Experience coordinating with partners and engaging B2B clients
Excellent written and verbal communication
Highly organized, self-driven, and proactive
Bonus : Familiarity with sustainability frameworks (GHG Protocol, ESG reporting, etc.)
