Job description

Job Title : Admin & Accounts Executive (Remote)

Location : Remote (Full-time)

Reporting To : Kehkeshan (Sales & Client Coordination Lead)

Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 10 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM IST

Role Overview :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin & Accounts Executive to manage the company’s day-to-day administrative operations and financial processes. The ideal candidate will have experience with accounting software (Zoho Books preferred), strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain accuracy while handling multiple tasks. This role supports both internal operations and client-facing financial processes.

Key Responsibilities :

Accounts & Finance Operations :

  • Prepare and send quotes and invoices to clients using Zoho Books.
  • Track payments, follow up with clients, and update payment status in Zoho.
  • Maintain financial records, including receipts, expenses, and basic reconciliations.
  • Ensure timely coordination with Kehkeshan for all client-related financial matters.

Administrative & Internal Operations :

  • Manage attendance, leave requests, and maintain employee records.
  • Prepare and manage team calendars, schedule meetings, and set reminders.
  • Coordinate internal activities, events, and employee engagement programs (e.g., Fun Fridays).
  • Support Reality Ripples registrations, vendor follow-ups, and other operational tasks as needed.
  • Reporting & Collaboration :

  • Work closely with Kehkeshan to ensure smooth flow of client accounts, invoices, and payment tracking.
  • Provide weekly updates on finance and administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure processes are followed accurately and efficiently.
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounts, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience with Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial and administrative tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions precisely.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Work Hours :

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday, 10 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM IST.
  • Desired Attributes :

  • Prior experience in a similar role combining finance and administrative tasks.
  • Comfortable coordinating between sales and finance processes.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling financial and HR data
