Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Techno-Commercial Professional with 10–15 years of experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic link between technical operations and commercial functions, overseeing vendor coordination, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations. This role demands strong industry insight to support pre-sales and post-sales activities, project execution, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Liaise between project, procurement, and commercial teams to deliver tailored technical-commercial solutions.
• Analyze project requirements and recommend suitable materials, services, or vendors
• Prepare and manage tenders, bids, and technical-commercial proposals.
• Lead contract negotiations and build long-term vendor partnerships.
• Provide technical support during execution and resolve post-delivery concerns.
• Monitor industry trends, pricing strategies, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Assist in budgeting, material planning, and inventory oversight.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams for seamless execution.
