Experience working with US or international markets preferred. Proficiency in embedded systems and semiconductor technologies. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales platforms (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).
We’re seeking a Client Relationship Manager / Account Manager to build and nurture key client
relationships, manage accounts end-to-end, and identify opportunities for business growth across
our IT services portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage strategic client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for smooth project execution.
- Handle account planning, revenue forecasts, and pipeline management.
- Participate in proposals, RFPs, and negotiations.
- Execute targeted sales campaigns and support client events.
