Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Executive based in Bangalore.

The Operations Head will oversee end-to-end operational activities, with a significant portion of responsibilities involving field-based tasks across multiple locations. The role includes driving daily operations, supervising cross-functional teams, ensuring operational excellence, and implementing strategic initiatives to support business growth.

This position requires coordinating field operations, monitoring performance on-ground, ensuring timely execution of tasks, and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, and clients. The Operations Head will also be responsible for efficient resource allocation, continuous process improvement, and ensuring seamless operational flow across all active sites.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and guide multiple teams, both on-field and off-field
• Strong operational management experience with a focus on field execution and site coordination
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven decision-making approach
• Proficiency in resource planning, logistics handling, and optimizing field operations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced, dynamic environments and handle multiple priorities efficiently
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Prior experience in an operations leadership role, preferably involving field-based responsibilities, is highly desirable
