Facilities Manager

This role requires to oversee all workplace related function in the circle. The Lead- EFSM will be responsible for managing daily operations, supervising administrative staff, and ensuring efficient and effective workplace management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in workplace / facilities / administration management, excellent leadership abilities, and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Facilities Management :
• Implement workplace procedures and compliance to the central policies / SOPs.
• Oversee facilities management and maintenance for all leased & owned Bharti Airtel Ltd. properties in circle.
• Monitor office projects locally and support the central REFM team on timely completion.
• AMCs & maintenance for all Airtel stores.
• Adherence to safe practices at work especially with high risk tasks with controls and risk assessment post issuance of work permit.
• Parking management and Electronic security equipment maintenance & operations.
• Coordination with builders / owners for lease renewals / permissions / services under CAM.
• Overseeing mail room management.
• Coordination with Central SCM team for getting POs / Contracts for work.
