Role Description
We're looking for a visionary Content & Strategy Manager to lead the creative and strategic direction of our Influencer Marketing initiatives. This role requires a blend of creative ideation, strong storytelling, data-driven decision making and leadership to shape impactful campaigns that deliver measurable results for brands.
Key Responsibilities :
1) Content & Strategy Development :
Define the overall content & strategy vision for the agency and its client.
Lead the ideation and development of the creative campaign concepts, Influencer strategies and branded content.
Proactively engage clients for strategic partnerships and manage fruitful discussions.
2) Strategic Planning :
Lead client briefs into compelling strategy decks and influencer driven narratives.
Analyse audience insights, market trends and platform updates to guide strategies.
Develop and direct innovative influencer marketing approaches
Oversee campaign planning, ensuring a balance between creativity & performance
3) Script Writing :
Writing simple and effective scripts based on closed concepts that retain brand ethos and have creative elements that work for creators as well.
Good command over language, cultural insights and the digital style of content to be incorporated into each script written.
Ability to take feedback on scripts and turn around revisions with quickest possible TAT.
Ability to handle large volumes of scripts, along side existing pitch work is mandatory
4) Creative Research :
Staying up to date on what's happening on the internet - in terms of trends, formats, what other brands are doing.
Having an in depth understanding of brand categories and their intended audiences. Creating psychographics of brand audiences from cultural and slice of insights is expected.
Prepare a bank of inspirations, concepts and references based on internal brainstorms that the team can refer to.
