Senior Engineer - Electrical (Site Inspector )

Your impact

• Perform the duties of the Works Inspector on site in accordance with the Construction Contract and will include inter alia
• Daily / weekly / monthly monitoring of operations carried out by the contractor, including inspection of the works and review of the quality control measures in use by the contractor.
• Record day-to-day activities of the contractor with respect to rate of progress
• Inspect materials to be used by the contractor, including compliance with the specifications
• Monitor the competence, efficiency and validity of the personnel and plant used by the contractor
• Monitor the contractor's QHSE aspects of work and ensure compliance with approved respective plans.
• Coordinates with contractor and client for factory inspections whenever it is required.
• Measurement of works that are executed by contractors and keeping the record of the same.
• Acts as prime point of contact with the Resident Engineer (M&E) for all of the above activities
• Build a trusted relationship with the Supervision Team members and with the contractor's counterpart staff.
