About the Role
seeking a dynamic and results-driven Zonal Sales Manager to lead our business operations in the South India region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Responsibilities
- Ownership of South Region : Take full ownership of managing business operations in the South India region.
- Responsible for Sales Targets : Achieve the sales targets and drive results within the South region as directed by management from time to time.
- Guidance and Management of ASM's : Provide guidance and direction to Area Sales Managers (ASMs) across different territories within the region to ensure effective coverage and achievement of sales targets.
- Dealer Management : Collaborate with dealers to optimize sales strategies, enhance market penetration, and ensure effective dealer coverage throughout the region.
- Building Strong Networks : Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers, dealers, and industry partners to expand presence and influence in the region.
- Strategic Goal Setting : Assist dealers in setting both short-term and long-term strategic goals aligned with objectives, ensuring sustainable business growth.
- Alignment with Company Goals : Ensure that field operations, including those of ASM's and dealers, are aligned with short-term and long-term business goals.
- ASM Reporting : Implement a reporting structure where ASMs report directly to the Regional Sales Manager, streamlining communication and ensuring efficient coordination of sales activities.
- Training and Development : Organize training programs and workshops for ASM's and dealers to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
Qualifications
Above 15+ Years of experience in CE Industry.Required Skills
Sales Leadership and Team Management : Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics in the construction equipment industry.Strategic Vision : Ability to set and communicate a clear strategic vision for the region, aligning with company objectives and driving sustainable business growth.
