We have an opportunity for PMO Role for our Warehouse business , Head Office - Chennai location.
Key Responsibilities :
Establish and Govern PMO Standards define project management frameworks templates, and best practices.
Portfolio Management : Oversee the organization's project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and resource optimization.
Performance Monitoring & Track KPIs (e.g., on-time delivery, budget adherence, ROI) and provide executive dashboards.
Stakeholder Alignment Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between departments (IT, Operations, Finance) and external partners.
Risk & Compliance Ensure projects adhere to regulatory, legal, and internal compliance standards.
Implementation Lead adoption of PM tools (MS Project, Power BI) and automation for efficiency.
Training & Mentorship : Develop project management capabilities across teams through workshops and certifications.
Qualification : Bachelor's / Master's in Civil Engineering, Business, or related field.
Essential Skills :
Minimum 8-10 years in project / program management, with 5+ years leading a PMO in mid-to-large organizations.
Proven track record of establishing PMO frameworks from scratch or maturing existing ones.
Proven track record in portfolio management
Proficiency in project lifecycle management (initiation to closure).
PM tools (MS Project, Primavera, Power BI).
Stakeholder management
Prioritization of projects aligned with business goals.
Executive reporting (dashboards, PowerPoint).
Conflict resolution between teams / vendors.
