We are seeking an experienced Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist to help identify, attract, and hire top talent for various freelance and contract roles across diverse industries. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates that align with client needs and project requirements.

• Talent Sourcing Strategy :
• Utilize multiple platforms (job boards, social media, networks) to find potential candidates.
• Actively reach out to passive candidates , building relationships and creating talent pipelines.
• Candidate Evaluation and Presentation :
• Review resumes, portfolios, and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Evaluate and present a shortlist of candidates to hiring managers or clients.
• Client Collaboration :
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and project requirements.
• Provide regular updates to clients on the status of recruitment efforts.
• Assist clients in defining job descriptions and requirements.
• Contract Management :
• Facilitate contract negotiations between clients and freelancers.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with legal and payment terms.
• Market Research & Advisory :
• Stay up-to-date with trends in the gig economy and freelance market.
• Advise clients on competitive compensation packages and talent trends.
