Responsibilities

• Provides technical leadership of networking methodologies and technologies and drive technical standards.
• Be a resource, consultant and technical leader to internal development, operations and support teams.
• Organize, review, write and publish technical documentation.
• Work as part of an agile development team to define, design, develop, test, and implement leading edge networking and security solutions.
• Analyzing requirements, designing, implementing and maintaining enterprise monitoring tools and the supporting infrastructure.
• Defining, creating, and maintaining processes required to monitor production and development environments to ensure a proactive approach for addressing alerts or problems.
• Contribute to the continuously evolving and improving development processes.
• Meet engineering design and deliverable deadlines with quality and with little or no supervision.
• Willingness to work in flexible shifts to assist team with technology operational duties.
• Provide clear, concise and timely feedback to management.
• Willingness to troubleshoot and support software application.
• Work as an on-call engineer outside of shift timings.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

Bachelor’s degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, or related field.

Strong understanding of networking technology such as SDWAN, routing, switching and Meraki

Preferred Qualifications / Skills

Strong communicator – English in spoken and written form

Strong experience in CISCO Network support – Troubleshooting and projects

Certifications such as CCNA or CCNP or similar
