About the role :

We’re seeking a self-driven and delivery oriented Projects Manager to manage end-to-end retail store setup - including but not limited to vendor identification and coordination, timely project execution, cost optimization. This role is key to ensuring our timely setup of multiple stores at the same time, across the country.

So, what will you be doing?

• Lead and execute retail store projects
• Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are maintained
• Manage vendor coordination, negotiations, and on-time delivery
• Track project costs and identify opportunities for optimization
• Collaborate with internal teams on store setup, merchandising, and marketing rollouts
• Monitor operations to ensure SOP adherence and efficiency
• Generate reports and insights to support decision-making
