Location : Bangalore

Reports To : Head – Merchandising

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Merchandise Planner to join our growing retail team! In this role, you will be responsible for planning the right product, in the right quantity, at the right place and time to drive business growth. You’ll work closely with Buying, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to forecast demand, optimize inventory, and enhance product performance across our offline stores.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage seasonal merchandise plans and OTB
Forecast demand and sales across categories and store clusters
Plan and review inventory levels, stock cover, and assortment mix
Analyze sales and stock performance to support business decisions
Automate reports and dashboards for business reviews
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution
Guide and support junior team members (if applicable)

What We’re Looking For

5–7 years of experience in merchandise planning (Retail / Fashion preferred)

Strong skills in Excel and report automation

Experience in demand forecasting, OTB planning, and inventory optimization

Great at analyzing data and making strategic decisions

Team player with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
