Job descriptionOwning the full campaign calendar : daily, weekly, and 6-week sprints Turning narratives into executable tasks for content, design, and video teams Managing social handles + surrogate pages; ensuring consistent output and approvals Coordinating news monitoring, research & intelligence; feeding insights to content Driving ORM / SRM workflows (issue spotting, responses, escalation) Standing up rapid response for breaking news and opposition statements Running influencer / creator collaborations and asset delivery Enforcing quality control, brand voice, and message discipline across all formats Building and tracking KPI dashboards (reach, engagement, sentiment, share of voice) Vendor & freelancer management; budgeting, timelines, and SOPs Weekly reporting to leadership with clear wins, risks, and next steps Lead the engine room of a marquee Maharashtra campaign High ownership, fast decisions, visible impact Work with a sharp, creative team shipping daily at scale

About the Role :
We’re hiring a Campaign Operations Manager to lead day-to-day execution for a high-visibility political communications project in Maharashtra. If you can convert strategy into on-ground action—owning content pipelines, deadlines, and outcomes—this role is for you.
What We’re Looking For :
- On-site availability in Mumbai (mandatory)
- Prior experience in political campaigns / political consultancies (must)
- Fluency in Marathi (must); strong English / Hindi communication
- Proven ability to run cross-functional teams (content, design, video, social, ORM, research)
- Excellent planning, prioritisation, and crisis-handling skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
