Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Ramanattukara, Calicut .

The Sales Executive will be responsible for handling client inquiries, communicating with overseas and local customers, and promoting company services across various divisions.

Daily tasks include managing calls and emails, preparing quotations, maintaining client records, following up on leads, and meeting monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should be proactive, confident, and well-organized, with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication and customer-handling skills
• Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic IT / computer skills
• Smart, confident, and target-oriented personality
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or client communication is an added advantag
