Role Responsibilities :

PPDS solution design : Ability to drive the business need discussions mapping the requirements to SAP systems and design the process for client. Should have exposure to do the configuration as per designed solution
PPDS solution development, testing and deployment : In depth knowledge of PPDS solution development with an ability to support SAP solution deployment considering the industry’s best practices.
Actively participating in periodic meetings, proactively identifying, and highlighting risks / gaps in the client processes
Provide overall architecture recommendations including integration scenarios with PP, OTC, Purchasing

Requirement :

6-9 years of experience in SAP implementation projects

Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal) – Individual should be able to drive discussions with cross geography counterparts

Demonstrated experience in the PPDS (Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling) module of SAP APO or S / 4HANA advanced planning, including 2-3 full life cycle project implementations (preferably in S / 4 HANA).

3+ years of SAP S / 4 HANA experience and at least 1-2 S / 4 HANA end to end implementation experience

Thorough understanding of business process and PPDS functionalities including master data / transaction data integration, production planning, detailed scheduling heuristics and optimizer, Block planning, setup optimization, finite / infinite scheduling in DS board

Perform necessary SAP configurations, write detailed functional specifications (FSD) for development of ABAP custom programs, testing and implementing the solution

Integration experience with other modules like PP, SD and MM

Good Knowledge of various industry business processes such as Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, CPG, Retail, Chemicals, etc.

Participate in strategic initiatives within the organization which adds value and create opportunities.

Have actively participated in RFI / RFP related activities.

Must-Have Certifications

SAP S / 4 HANA Production planning and manufacturing

APICS (CPIM, CSCP) would be an added advantage

Experience & Background

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent education

Exp Level : 6-9 Years of SAP consulting experience with 2-3 full lifecycle implementations in S / 4 HANA PPDS
