Job Summary
It is seeking a results-driven, data-led SEO / AEO Executive with 3–5 years of experience in organic growth strategy, execution, and AI-enhanced optimization. This role sits at the intersection of content, technical SEO, and AI innovation. You’ll drive visibility, authority, and performance for our digital properties across Google and emerging AI-powered search engines (e.G., ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity). You’ll work closely with performance marketing, content, and product teams to scale organic growth across the funnel, from awareness to conversion, using a mix of technical acumen, content intelligence, and AI-augmented workflows.

What You’ll Do
SEO Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO in line with brand goals and growth targets.
- Create tactical SEO roadmaps aligned with product / marketing campaigns, seasonal trends, and business goals.
Keyword Research & SERP Intelligence
Perform deep keyword research using tools and AI clustering models to identify high opportunity keywords, topics, and intent buckets.Analyze SERP features and emerging zero-click trends (e.G., AI Overviews, featured snippets) to optimize visibility.Technical SEO & Site Health
Conduct regular site audits using Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, GSC, SEMrush etc., to improve site speed, crawlability, indexing, and mobile usability.Implement schema markup, canonicalization, and advanced internal linking strategies for semantic depth.Content Optimization & Collaboration
Work with content teams to optimize blogs, PDPs, and landing pages using semantic SEO, keyword mapping, and topical authority frameworks.Create and scale content hubs, pillar pages, and topic clusters for long-tail traffic and contextual relevanceLink Building & Authority Building
Lead digital PR, guest blogging, and high-quality backlink outreach strategies.Identify content syndication, co-marketing, and influencer-led link opportunities.Contribute on platforms like Quora, Reddit, Medium for community backlinks and thought leadership.AI + SEO Building for the Generative Era :
Use GPT / Gemini for :o Keyword clustering and intent mapping
o Content drafts, meta tags, and outlines o SERP analysis and competitor decoding
Optimize content for AI Overviews, Perplexity snippets, and SGE (Search Generative Experience)Leverage Entity SEO to improve E-E-A-T signals and visibility in Google’s Knowledge GraphUse tools like InLinks, Surfer, Frase, or custom AI prompts for semantic optimizationImplement strategies that increase brand mentions and citations in LLM-trained datasetsReporting & Analytics
Build detailed reports and dashboards using Google Sheets, GA4, Looker Studio or similar BI tools.Track and report on organic KPIs : keyword rankings, traffic, CTR, bounce rate, and conversions.Run regular cohort and attribution analysis to identify performance patterns. Cross-Channel AlignmentCollaborate with paid media, social, and influencer teams to create full-funnel visibility and optimize share of SERP.Identify SEO-PPC cannibalization and synergy opportunities. Stay Ahead of the CurveStay current on Google algorithm updates, SGE rollouts, AI-search trends, and SEO best practices.Regularly test and implement new tools, workflows, and frameworks that support scale.Who You Are ?
3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience in eCommerce, D2C, or content-first brands
Strong knowledge of search algorithms, ranking factors, and searcher intent modeling Proficiency with tools like GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog
Strong command of Google Sheets / Excel for data analysis Excellent writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical thinking and a growth-focused mindset
