Position Summary :

We are seeking an experienced RPA Delivery Manager at the Associate Director level with a minimum of 15+ years of overall IT experience and 8+ years in RPA / Automation delivery management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end delivery management of large-scale automation programs, growing and scaling the automation Center of Excellence (CoE), and driving strategic automation initiatives across the enterprise. Healthcare domain expertise is highly preferred to align automation strategies with regulatory and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

Delivery Management & Program Leadership :

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream RPA / automation programs from initiation to production deployment
• Manage portfolio of 15-25+ automation projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery
• Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, including steering committees, RACI matrices, and escalation procedures
• Drive agile delivery methodologies and ensure adherence to project management best practices
• Manage relationships with C-level stakeholders, business sponsors, and external vendors
