Responsibilities
Distributor Acquisition :
- Identify, generate, and convert leads to build a robust network of distributors.
- Conduct cold calls and field visits to engage potential distributors.
- Support the distributor onboarding process, optimising funnel conversion rates.
Distributor Growth And Retention
Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies to increase distributor investments and client acquisition.Offer continuous support for query resolution and client calls to maintain strong distributor relationships.Engagement And Training Programs
Conduct training sessions for distributors on equity market updates and product features.Facilitate engagement through weekly updates and monthly relationship-building calls.Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Relationship Manager for Mutual Fund Distributors.In-depth knowledge of financial markets, including the equity market and investment products such as Mutual Funds, Stocks, ETFs, and IPOs.Creative problem-solving skills to support business growth through innovative marketing strategies.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear, simple manner.A bachelor's degree is required; a postgraduate degree is preferred.
