Job Description :
- Training & Development : Lead and implement training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and performance
- Recruitment & Selection : Oversee the recruitment and selection process to identify and hire the best talent for the organization
- Female Welfare & Grievance Redressal : Focus on female welfare and ensure a smooth grievance redressal process for all employees
- Labour & Miscellaneous Laws : Ensure compliance with labour and miscellaneous laws, including the POSH Act
- Time Office Management : Manage time office operations such as attendance and leave management
- Hindi Drafting & Typing (Optional) : Be able to draft and type in Hindi, as required for communication and documentation
Required Candidate Profile :
Proficient in MS OfficeExperience in the automobile industryFamiliar with POSH Act and labour lawsSkills Required
