Husk Power Systems - Solution Expert - IT Infrastructure

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Expert IT Infrastructure to design, implement, and manage enterprise-level IT infrastructure solutions.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in infrastructure technologies and will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient IT environments that support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and implementation of IT infrastructure solutions including servers, storage, networking, virtualization, cloud platforms, and security.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical infrastructure solutions.
• Develop architecture blueprints, technical specifications, and implementation plans for infrastructure projects.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and practices to improve infrastructure efficiency and reliability.
• Oversee deployment, configuration, and maintenance of infrastructure components ensuring high availability and performance.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to IT teams and junior engineers.
• Support the integration of on-premises infrastructure with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Participate in capacity planning, disaster recovery planning, and backup strategies.
• Document infrastructure solutions and maintain updated technical documentation.
