Seeking an experienced Corporate Trainer with 7–10 years in corporate organizations (not freelancers) to design and deliver impactful behavioral and soft skills training that drives employee growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Identify training needs in behavioral & soft skills with HR / leadership.
Design & deliver workshops, e-learning, and virtual sessions.
Conduct instructor-led training sessions, virtual classrooms, and seminars.
Measure training effectiveness & drive improvements.
Mentor and coach employees post-training for skill application.
Manage training calendars, reports, and compliance.
Stay updated with latest L&D trends and tools.
Qualifications & Skills
7–10 years’ corporate experience in behavioral / soft skills training.
Proven record in MNC / large corporate environments.
Strong facilitation, communication & instructional design skills.
Proficient in LMS, digital training tools & content creation.
Educational background in HR / Psychology / Business; certifications preferred.
