Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

1. To assist trading clients and sales traders to ensure smooth order flow, evaluate and address glitches real time
2. Study the existing architecture of the firm, and work closely with IT team for maintenance and new initiatives
3. Liaise with vendor and Internal IT team for issue resolution and new developments towards better client servicing

Requirements

1. 9+ years of relevant experience
2. Engineering background - B.E or B.Tech with specialisation in IT.
3. Candidate must have good knowledge and understanding of trading, risk and oms systems, fix connectivity, algorithms etc.
4. Interest in financial markets is good to have, to be able to understand clients requirements better, and logic behind algorithms
5. Strong client service skills, with ability to understand and meet client needs.
