Role Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing function. The ideal candidate will drive brand growth, lead generation, and digital presence while aligning closely with sales and business objectives. This is a leadership role with both strategic and hands-on responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning and generate leads.
Oversee digital marketing, branding, PR, and events.
Collaborate with sales to align campaigns with revenue goals.
Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve performance outcomes.
Analyze marketing performance and ensure ROI-driven campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

8+ years of marketing experience, with 3+ years in leadership.

Strong background in digital marketing, branding, and PR.

Proven success in building and executing impactful marketing strategies.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Experience in the interior design or luxury lifestyle industry is a plus.

Bachelor’s in Marketing / Business (Master’s preferred).
