Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic New Age projects : To monitor new age trends in payment aggregator, lending
- and loyalty space and driving new strategic initiatives
- Loyalty Program Management : Develop and manage credit card loyalty programs,
- including rewards redemption, customer engagement strategies, and program
- enhancements.
- Regulatory Compliance : Ensure adherence to Indian regulatory requirements (e.g., RBI
- guidelines) related to credit card payments and loyalty programs.
- Vendor Management : Work with third-party vendors, payment gateways, and loyalty
- program partners to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Data Analysis & Reporting : Analyze transaction data, customer behavior, and loyalty
- program performance to provide insights for business growth.
- Customer Experience : Collaborate with customer service teams to handle escalations
- related to payments and loyalty programs, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Project Management : Lead or support projects related to the introduction of new payment
- solutions or enhancements in the loyalty space.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with product, technology, compliance, and
- marketing teams to ensure alignment of payment and loyalty strategies with broader
- business goals.
