Identity Specialist

As a consultant in our Cyber Identity Team , you will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver exceptional results, drive business growth, and enhance customer satisfaction.

You will integrate SailPoint IIQ with core systems, including ServiceNow, Active Directory, LDAP, PAM, and other applications, by configuring connectors for seamless onboarding. This involves utilizing out-of-the-box connectors like Web Service, JDBC, RACF / ACF2, and custom options, ensuring efficient integration and streamlined processes.

Your responsibilities will also include developing and maintaining comprehensive access policies and rules within SailPoint to enforce access controls and mitigate risks. You will design and implement automated workflows and lifecycle management processes to streamline identity lifecycle events, improve efficiency, and reduce complexity.

In addition, you will provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, conduct user training, and ensure successful system adoption and ongoing operations, driving long-term success and excellence.
