Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
- Ensure candidate profiles / skills match the job description and organizational needs.
- Source talent through job portals, references / referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate salary discussions.
- Maintain a candidate pipeline for future requirements.
- Assist with bulk / mass hiring through advertisements, networking, and database building.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with offered candidates to ensure timely joining.
- Coordinate with department heads / managers to understand staffing needs.
- Conduct preliminary phone screenings and assist in assessments.
- Perform basic reference checks when required.
- Maintain recruitment activity reports and records.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders to achieve staffing goals.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in Tech and Non Tech recruitment is mandatoryExcellent communication skills – both oral and written.Good attention to detail.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Time management and ability to handle multiple requirements.Patience and good listening skills.Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
