About the Role
Source and screen candidates for roles including doctors, nurses, and sales professionals.
Responsibilities
Utilize ATS platforms and job boards (e.G., Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder) for effective candidate tracking and outreach.
Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer rollouts in collaboration with US-based hiring managers.
Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures of open positions.
Ensure compliance with US labor laws and hiring standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Provide weekly hiring reports and analytics to leadership.
Ensuring all internal processes and systems such as Document Checklist, Activity List, TAT, SOP etc.
Help division in improving efficiency and profitability of clients.
Protect confidential details of clients, and follow guidelines of ISO / IEC : 27001 / SOC 2 compliance.
