Job Description :

GIS Technical Lead and Analyst :

• Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements related to GIS and Esri’s Utility Network Model.
• Analyze existing GIS workflows and propose improvements for efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Working knowledge about migration and implementation of Esri UNM, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
• Collaborate with IT and GIS teams to define data models, schema configurations, and network rules within Esri UNM.
• Document business and functional requirements, process flows, and system interactions.
• Assist in testing, validation, and troubleshooting of GIS applications, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Esri’s UNM capabilities and best practices.
• Stay updated on Esri’s latest GIS technologies and industry trends, providing recommendations for continuous improvements.
• Desirable skills and experience
• Technical Skills : Strong understanding of Esri ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, and Esri’s Utility Network Model.
• Industry Knowledge : Experience in Water Utility and GIS data management.
• Data & Integration : Familiarity with spatial databases, geospatial analysis, and integration with enterprise systems.
