Looking for a WalkMe Developer with an experience of 4 - 8 years to design, develop, and optimise digital adoption solutions using the WalkMe Digital Adoption Platform (DAP). The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating in-app guidance, automations, and analytics that improve user experience, increase productivity, and drive digital transformation across our enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain WalkMe Smart Walk-Thrus, SmartTips, Launchers, ShoutOuts, and other DAP elements to enhance user adoption and engagement.

Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and UX teams to identify user pain points and digital adoption opportunities.

Configure WalkMe to support application onboarding, process automation, and self-service support.

Develop segmentation, rules, and goals within WalkMe for personalized user experiences.

Conduct user behavior analysis using WalkMe Insights and analytics dashboards.

Perform A / B testing, usage tracking, and performance optimization of WalkMe content.

Troubleshoot and resolve WalkMe technical issues or script conflicts with underlying web applications.

Knowledge on SAP S / 4HANA is an advantage
