Job description3–5 years on enterprise API platforms; Strong understanding of Hybrid architecture (MART, Synchronizer, runtime plane). 3+ years with Kubernetes (AKS / OCP), Helm, Istio, ingress, service mesh. 4+ years in CI / CD pipelines for Apigee. Monitoring tools : Dynatrace, Splunk, Sysdig . Strong API security (OAuth2.0, JWT, mTLS, TLS). Good networking + troubleshooting in distributed systems. Manage teams (direct + indirect), delegate tasks, track delivery, and remove blockers. Handle performance management, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration. Translate business plans into technical execution plans.
