Job descriptionEnsure full statutory and regulatory compliance, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, Lead the preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with AS and Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, ensuring accurate and timely Manage fund flow, working capital, and treasury operations efficiently to optimize Liaise with banks, NBFC partners, debt investors, and financial institutions for Ensure accuracy and compliance in reconciliation of loan books, disbursements, Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification preferred. Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in finance / controllership roles Relevant experience in NBFC / Fintech / Banking financial operations. Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and financial reporting standards. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
