Senior User Interface Designer

UI Designer (Mobile App & Product UI)

We’re building a real, complex product in the construction and logistics space.

This role is for designers who care deeply about craft .

What you’ll do

Design high-fidelity UI for mobile apps and dashboards

Build and evolve a design system (tokens, components, variants)

Translate UX flows into production-ready UI

Design all states (empty, loading, error, edge cases)

Work closely with frontend engineers for clean handoff

What we’re looking for

3+ years of professional UI design experience

Exceptional eye for spacing, typography, and hierarchy

Strong Figma skills (Auto Layout, components, variants)

Experience designing real apps , not just concepts

Ability to keep UI clean even in complex, data-heavy screens

Nice to have

Experience with B2B or marketplace products

Experience designing admin panels or operational tools

Appreciation for Apple, Uber, Stripe-level UI quality
