Attention all coffee lovers and caffeine addicts!

We're looking for a high-energy, sales-savvy, coffee-obsessed individual to join our team as a Sales Executive at Caffena Coffee, New Delhi!

Do you have a passion for sales and the drive to succeed? Do you have a taste for delicious coffee and a desire to spread that love to others? If so, we want you!

As a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for introducing our customers to our amazing range of coffee products, helping them to find their perfect cup of joe by reaching out to the Ho.Re.Ca Industry (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes) & Retail customers, building strong relationships, and representing Caffena Coffee professionally and positively.

But we're not just looking for any old sales associates.

We want someone who is funny, friendly, and charismatic. Someone who can make our customers laugh while also helping them find their perfect brew. Someone who can keep the team morale high with their infectious positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Research, identify and reach out to potential clients (cafes, coffee shops, restaurants, retail channels, etc.) to introduce Caffena Coffee's products and services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to ensure ongoing business and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent Caffena Coffee at industry events, trade shows, and other relevant events.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in the coffee industry.
  • Basic knowledge about coffee & the coffee industry as a whole is necessary.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of the local coffee industry and the market is an asset
  • Fluency in English and Hindi is required.
  • Must know how to use tools like MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets and Google Docs
