Engineer Trainee - PLC Programmer / SCADA / Instrumentation

Sone India is seeking a motivated Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) specializing in PLC Programming, SCADA, and Instrumentation. This role offers the opportunity to assist in control system design, programming, and implementation , working closely with experienced engineers to develop industrial automation solutions and gain hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement Control Logic (Ladder, Function Block Diagram (FBD), etc.).
• Develop SCADA / HMI screens as per Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID).
• Create and maintain I / O databases for automation systems.
• Support project engineers and managers in preparing engineering documentation.
• Assist in commissioning activities for industrial automation projects.
• Coordinate with vendors for component sourcing and technical discussions.
• Work on basic instrumentation related to pressure, flow, and volume measurements.
• Gain proficiency in using PLC and SCADA platforms (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Emerson, Delta, etc.).
• Understand and implement timers, counters, and relays in control logic.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in industrial automation and control systems.
