Job description

We seek a highly skilled Oracle Cloud expert to join our team as an Enterprise Solution Consultant . The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing, configuring and supporting Oracle Cloud applications across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

HCM Functional Expertise :

Lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management and more.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
Conduct workshops, demos and training sessions for clients.
Support testing, data migration and post go live activities.

SCM Functional Expert :

Implement Oracle Cloud SCM modules such as Inventory, Procurement, Order Management and Manufacturing.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define supply chain processes and system requirements.

Configure applications and support integration with other modules.

Provide functional support and troubleshoot issues.

ERP Technical Specialist :

Develop and customize Oracle Cloud ERP solutions using tools like OIC, BI Publisher, OTBI and Visual Builder.

Build integrations using REST, SOAP APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud.

Design and deploy reports, dashboards and extensions.

Collaborate with functional teams to support end-to-end implementations.

Required Skills Qualifications :

5–8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM, SCM or ERP Technical modules.

Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion architecture and data models.

Experience with implementation lifecycle requirements, configuration, testing and deployment.

Proficiency in SQL, PL / SQL and Oracle development tools for technical roles.

Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
