About the Role :
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Associate to support our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of recruitment processes, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about talent acquisition and wants to grow in the field of HR.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) regularly.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and assessments.
- Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare reports and analytics on hiring metrics.
- Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, , Internshala, etc.).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Good organizational and time-management abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
