Job description

You Will Be Responsible For :

  • Preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual client reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
  • Analyzing investment performance data, portfolio holdings, and market trends to provide insightful commentary.
  • Collaborating with portfolio managers, compliance teams, and data analysts to gather and validate data.
  • Managing and improving reporting processes, including automation and standardization where possible.
  • Assisting in the development of customized reports for high-profile clients.
  • Supporting the implementation of new reporting tools and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Responding to client queries related to reports, performance metrics, and data discrepancies.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls related to client reporting.

The Experience You Bring :

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in client reporting, investment operations, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
  • Experience with reporting platforms, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and financial databases.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective client interactions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and performance measurement is a plus.
