Key Responsibilities

Strategic Collaboration & Institutional Coordination

  • Serve as the Chancellor's trusted advisor in aligning strategic priorities across teams.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to execute initiatives and track institutional goals.

Organizational Structuring & Enablement

  • Support in designing and refining scalable organizational structures and governance models.
  • Coordinate with functional heads to define roles, enhance interdepartmental workflows, and build high-performing teams.
  • Process Design & SOP Development

  • Lead the creation, documentation, and institutionalization of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) .
  • Ensure continuous process optimization based on stakeholder input and evolving institutional needs.
  • Lean Operations & Efficiency

  • Identify inefficiencies and operational bottlenecks, and drive lean, scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate with departments to streamline delivery models and reduce turnaround times.
  • Cross-Functional Project Support

  • Manage and monitor cross-departmental strategic projects, ensuring alignment and timely execution.
  • Act as the single point of accountability for multi-team initiatives.
  • Strategic Partnerships & External Engagement

  • Assist in developing partnerships with industries, academic bodies, and public / private stakeholders.
  • Coordinate internal readiness for operationalizing partnerships and new revenue opportunities.
  • CRM & Sales System Optimization

  • Collaborate with business and tech teams to configure CRM workflows across B2B, B2C, and B2B2C models.
  • Enable data-driven decision-making through well-integrated sales and marketing systems.
  • Academic Program Development & Policy Alignment

  • Support the implementation of NEP 2020 and the National Credit Framework.
  • Facilitate design and rollout of skill-based, industry-integrated degree programs.
  • Admissions & Outreach Strategy Support

  • Coordinate with the admissions team to optimize enrollment strategy and operations.
  • Ensure alignment between outreach, marketing, and institutional goals.
  • Talent Acquisition Coordination

  • Partner with HR and hiring managers to align workforce planning with organizational priorities.
  • Support smoother onboarding and talent integration processes.
  • Digital Infrastructure & Systems Support

  • Ensure university digital platforms and tech systems are aligned with user and institutional needs.
  • Coordinate between tech teams and functional heads for systems development and maintenance.
