About the Role
We are looking for a Business Strategy Associate to drive multiple functions required to run a start-up. This is a cross-functional role spanning product , technology , data , operations , and business strategy . You'll help identify problems, design experiments, execute solutions, and drive real impact on engagement and revenue metrics.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a kick by solving ambiguous problems, collaborating across teams, and rapidly iterating to deliver measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Problem Discovery & Insights
Identify user, product, and operational problems through data analysis, user research, and process understanding.
Conduct deep-dives to uncover root causes and recommend actionable solutions.
Experimentation & Product Design
Assist in designing product, tech, and data experiments to validate hypotheses.
Create wireframes, user flows, or requirement documents for proposed product enhancements.
Coordinate with engineering and design to ensure smooth execution.
Execution & Project Management
Drive end-to-end execution of product and operational initiatives.
Collaborate closely with engineering, data, operations, and business teams.
Manage timelines, dependencies, and ensure high-quality delivery.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Pull and analyze data to evaluate performance of experiments and features.
Maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to track engagement, conversion, and revenue.
Present insights and recommendations clearly and concisely.
Operations & Process Improvement
Identify gaps in operational workflows and improve efficiency through tooling, automation, or process redesign.
Work with cross-functional owners to implement improvements.
Metric Ownership
Own specific engagement, funnel, or revenue metrics and drive initiatives to move them.
Develop insights-based action plans and track progress.
What We Are Looking For
Must-Have Skills
1–3 years of hands-on experience in tech / product in tech first companies .
High agency / ownership
