Job descriptionDesign impactful, cross-functional solutions tailored to customer challenges. Offer proactive business insights that strengthen the customer’s market position. Drive revenue expansion and maintain margins through account mining and opportunity creation. Oversee execution, track project health, and ensure seamless delivery in coordination with operations. Build and maintain trust across all customer levels—from operational stakeholders to the C-suite. Map and manage key relationships to strengthen engagement and expand influence. Inspire and align internal teams (without direct authority) through clear direction and collaboration. Balance internal coordination and external engagement to maximize value creation. Deepen and expand customer relationships across key accounts. Collaborate with sales to unlock new revenue streams. Partner with delivery to ensure customer satisfaction. Achieve defined growth targets within assigned verticals. Key team changes impacting delivery. Leadership changes within client organizations. Major client feedback—positive or negative. Significant delivery issues or project delays. Resource gaps threatening timelines. Exit of critical internal delivery team members.
