Software Engineer

Overview :

We’re in the early stages of building something exciting — our Engineering division is just getting started, and we’re looking for a few sharp, driven junior engineers to join us.

Salary : 30+ LPA and Equity

Whitefield, Bengaluru (On-site)

You’ll be joining a small, passionate team of senior technologists who are designing and building our Treasury Platform from scratch. This is a chance to learn directly from experienced engineers, work closely with business teams and founders, and contribute meaningfully to the foundation of a new product and tech organization.

You won’t just be writing code — you’ll be :

Learning how to design scalable systems

Participating in product discussions to understand real-world use cases

Exploring and working with new technologies as we build out the stack

Helping shape the culture and processes of our engineering team from day one

What We're Looking For :

1–3 years of experience working on backend, frontend, or full-stack projects

Strong fundamentals in programming, data structures, and system design (academic or industry experience)

Enthusiasm to learn, experiment, and take ownership of parts of the platform

Comfort working in a fast-paced, unstructured start-up environment

A self-starter mindset — but we don’t expect you to know everything; we’ll help you grow
