What will you do?

• Manage portfolio startup engagement and performance by working closely with incubated startups, monitoring their progress, providing industry connections, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive ecosystem partnerships and outreach by identifying and activating new collaboration opportunities, engaging with relevant ecosystem players, and supporting community mobilization efforts.
• Conduct sector research and generate actionable insights including use cases, industry analyses, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead communication and reporting activities —manage internal / external communications, maintain relationships with media when required, and ensure timely preparation of portfolio and program reports.
• Ensure smooth operational functioning of the incubator by coordinating with Admin, Marketing, Design, HR, and other teams, and participating actively in events, workshops, and knowledge-sharing activities.

Educational Background (Essential)

Postgraduate degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Technology, or related disciplines from a recognized institution (national or international).

Years of Relevant Experience

7-10 years of overall experience.
