Job descriptionEducation : Fresher CA / Any Finance degree with relevant years of experience Experience : Non CA- 3-6 years in e-commerce, FMCG, or goods trading. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards is must. Proficiency in audit, taxation, compliance, and account reconciliation. Proven ability to lead a team and deliver results on time. Opportunity to join a rapidly scaling business in global e-commerce / export domain, working with brand-led international growth. Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage the full spectrum of finance operations : accounting, financial reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow), monthly / quarterly close.
- Ensure internal controls are robust, and compliance with accounting standards & tax / regulatory frameworks is maintained.
- Coordinate with external auditors, statutory filings and liaise with banks or auditors as required.
- Build, mentor and drive the finance & accounting team in a high-growth startup environment.
- Resolve discrepancies and ensure financial accuracy.
