One of the Big4s is seeking dynamic and experienced professionals to join their growing Accounting Advisory team . As part of the team, you will work closely with clients to deliver high-quality accounting advisory services and play a key role in managing client relationships, leading engagements, mentoring team members, and supporting business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide technical accounting advice on complex accounting issues and new standards implementation.
• Assist clients with financial reporting and preparation of financial statements.
• Review and analyze client financial information and provide actionable recommendations.
• Lead client engagements , manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders .
• Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal development.
• Stay current with accounting standards, regulatory changes , and industry developments.
• Mentor and supervise junior team members, fostering technical growth and leadership development.
• Collaborate with Partners and Directors on practice management initiatives .

Key Requirements :

knowledge of IFRS is anadvantage.
