Role : Assistant General Manager – Business Development

We are looking for a high-performing BD professional to drive enterprise client acquisition and revenue growth. This is an individual contributor role with complete ownership of the sales lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new clients in corporate interiors and commercial real estate.
  • Lead the complete sales cycle : pitching, solutioning, proposals, negotiations, and closure.
  • Build a strong, qualified pipeline through outreach, networking, research, and events.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Deliver tailored presentations and proposals using Flipspaces’ VR-tech platform.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project delivery.
  • Meet and exceed revenue and sales targets.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and reporting discipline.

Required Experience

  • 5–8 years in B2B sales, interior solutions, workspace design, real estate solutions, or corporate sales.
  • Proven experience in closing mid-to-large value deals independently.
  • Education

  • Postgraduate degree in Marketing or Business Management from a Tier 1 institute (names not mentioned).
  • Strong academic record.
  • Skills

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
